Upgrading Trendz Analytics to 1.10.3-HF7

Download the Windows installation archive: trendz-windows-1.10.3-HF7.zip.

Stop the Trendz service if it is running:
Terminal window
```
net stop trendz
```
Back up your Trendz configuration directory (e.g. C:\trendz\conf).
Remove the Trendz install directory.
Unzip the installation archive to the Trendz install directory.
Merge your old configuration settings into the new configuration files.

Run upgrade.bat as Administrator:

C:\trendz> upgrade.bat --fromVersion=1.10.3

net start trendz

Download the Windows installation archive: trendz-windows-1.10.3.zip.

Stop the Trendz service if it is running:
Terminal window

net stop trendz
```
Back up your Trendz configuration directory (e.g. C:\trendz\conf).
Remove the Trendz install directory.
Unzip the installation archive to the Trendz install directory.
Merge your old configuration settings into the new configuration files.

Run upgrade.bat as Administrator:

C:\trendz> upgrade.bat --fromVersion=1.10.2

net start trendz

Download the Windows installation archive: trendz-windows-1.10.2.zip.

Stop the Trendz service if it is running:
Terminal window

net stop trendz
```
Back up your Trendz configuration directory (e.g. C:\trendz\conf).
Remove the Trendz install directory.
Unzip the installation archive to the Trendz install directory.
Merge your old configuration settings into the new configuration files.

Run upgrade.bat as Administrator:

C:\trendz> upgrade.bat --fromVersion=1.10.1

net start trendz

Download the Windows installation archive: trendz-windows-1.10.1.zip.

Stop the Trendz service if it is running:
Terminal window

net stop trendz
```
Back up your Trendz configuration directory (e.g. C:\trendz\conf).
Remove the Trendz install directory.
Unzip the installation archive to the Trendz install directory.
Merge your old configuration settings into the new configuration files.

Run upgrade.bat as Administrator:

C:\trendz> upgrade.bat --fromVersion=1.10.0

net start trendz

Download the Windows installation archive: trendz-windows-1.10.0-HF1.zip.

Stop the Trendz service if it is running:
Terminal window

net stop trendz
```
Back up your Trendz configuration directory (e.g. C:\trendz\conf).
Remove the Trendz install directory.
Unzip the installation archive to the Trendz install directory.
Merge your old configuration settings into the new configuration files.

Run upgrade.bat as Administrator:
